Our team is passionately dedicated to improving the lives of thousands of students we serve, and we are searching for a Clinical Services Specialist who will support our clinical services team to help therapists to achieve our mission. As eLuma grows, the position will evolve and responsibilities may change over time. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support clinician community and internal teams by answering clinician questions, hosting educational events, sharing and creating clinical resources, and providing support for eLuma’s proprietary software
  • Create resources and content to support the contractor journey, including internal communications, engagement tools, internal FAQs, templates, clinical knowledge base, and documentation tutorials for eLuma’s proprietary software
  • Research billing inquiries, and audit and analyze data from tracking systems to support contract compliance
  • Communicate with clinician community and internal teams regarding audit results and resolution steps needed
  • Assist with clinical candidate screening, including reviewing, summarizing, and providing feedback on resumes/CVs and conducting live Zoom clinical screenings  
  • Create and support communication of initial and ongoing content for the clinician community, under the direction of the Clinical Services Manager.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to support the clinician experience, and team and company goals 
  • Provide cross-functional support as the  clinical subject matter expert, including researching, training, presenting, creating content, and answering questions related to mental health provider scope of practice, federal regulations, and credentialing
  • Serve as the NASP CE Consultant for School Psychology webinar course content
  • Assist the Director of Operations and/or Clinical Services Manager with special projects as needed
  • Travel up to 10% for conference attendance and team meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • You are a licensed School Psychologist
  • You have 2+ years recent experience providing school-based related services
  • You have at least 1+ years of recent experience providing online therapy
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for team meetings, conferences, events, etc.
  • Attending conferences and or meetings is an essential part of this role, which may require proof of full COVID-19 vaccination per CDC guidelines.
