Thank you for taking the time to explore a career with us. As the fastest growing mental health practice group in the country, now is the perfect time to join our clinical team!

The postdoctoral fellowship focuses on training competent clinical psychologists to provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and state of the art assessment. The fellowship is oriented to psychologists with solid clinical training and experience, who are seeking a career providing psychotherapy and assessment in an outpatient setting. Fellows will receive broad training in providing evidence-based clinical interventions to a diverse patient population. Fellows will also participate in didactics, clinical supervision with staff, and group consultation meetings.

Applicants must be post-masters from an APA-approved graduate program in Clinical, Counseling or School Psychology. The ideal candidate would have a strong interest in a permanent staff position following the completion of a one year postdoctoral fellowship.

Fellows will have the opportunity to specialize in one of five training tracks:

Therapy - Child, Adolescent, and Family

Therapy - Adult

Therapy - Generalist

Integrated Care

• IC fellows will be physically located at one of our integrated care sites and field referrals from physicians and other providers (e.g., nurse practitioners) within that practice.

• IC fellows will provide consultation to providers, brief assessment, evidence-based intervention, and triage to other LifeStance departments or community resources.

• IC fellows will have the opportunity to learn about the model of integrated primary care and how to work effectively on a multidisciplinary team.

• Successful fellows will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be able to think on their feet, communicate clinical information efficiently, and enjoy working with a wide range of clinical presentations.
